AFTER-SCHOOL CRAFTS

Our after-school program is the heart and soul of our studio! We offer two groups, one for grades K-2 and one for grades 3-6. We explore every kind of art and craft material possible - from drawing and painting to weaving, clay, sewing, papier mache, and so much more.

AFTER-SCHOOL HOURS

After-School class hours are from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 pm. If you choose after-school pickup, your child will be picked up from school at dismissal by one of our staff members and walked to the studio for a snack and free drawing/crafts/homework time until we begin our project.

*When there is no school or a school holiday, we do not meet for after-school classes.*

Our current programs end the week of June 16, Summer camp begins the week of June 30. We currently offer school pickup at PS130, PS230, PS889, PS139, and PS154.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMPS

We have camps every day there is a school holiday with the exception of Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. They go from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. with an option for late stay until 5 pm.

*Our camps fill up quickly so grab a spot early!

SUMMER CAMP

We have 9 weeks of summer camp planned for 2025! Register here for available seats. Camp is open to kids entering Kindergarten up to 6th grade.

We split summer camps up between two age groups:

1. Finishing Kindergarten up until entering 3rd grade, and
2. Finishing 3rd grade to the time they're entering 6th Grade.

Our camp day begins at 9 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m. with an option for extended stay until 5 pm. When time and weather permits, we will be taking the kids to the Parade Grounds/Playground for some run-around time! We offer a wide range of awesome art projects, and on Fridays we have a movie + pizza day. If you have a crafty kid they will LOVE craft camp!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Yes, we do super fun birthday parties! It is $50 per child for up to 12 kids for a 2 hour party (½ time allowed for setup). Email dari@thecraftsalonstudio for more details and to book. We provide instruction for a project kids take home the same day. You supply food/cake/snacks and decor.
